Costco Loss Prevention Officer Kris Butcher gave totally false testimony in his deposition for the case of Archer vs. Costco.

Mr. Butcher claimed to have been in the parking lot at the time of the incident with the store manager Kelly Smith on the day Darrell Archer was assaulted, battered and robbed of his purchases. Kelly Smith says she was not in the parking lot that day.

During the trial seven witnesses testified that Mr. Butcher was not there.

Kris Butcher gave a testimony where he described the entire incident even claiming to have had a conversation with Mr. Archer.

But as the witnesses testified, he was not even there so his entire testimony was proven to be a complete lie.

Mr. Butcher and Costco chose to make up a story and use that story as testimony during the trial in an attempt to gain an advantage over Mr. Archer.

Mr. Butcher will probably be tried for the crime of perjury which carries a minimum sentence of one year in prison. More than likely there will be a further investigation into Costco’s involvement in this fabricated incident.
